We group what we do into two categories, and the distinction matters commercially: capabilities added on top of a system you already own, and complete systems for when replacement genuinely is the right call. Most engagements start in the first category.
Added on top of your existing system
Integration
The foundation everything else rests on. APIs that read your data and return results, without a replacement project, data migration or downtime. If your system's data is reachable, everything below becomes available to you.
Workflow automation
Requests, approvals, alerts and recurring tasks move from email and paper signatures to a recorded path. Sequential approval with value bands and delegation is fully supported; parallel branching approval is not, and we say so before a project starts rather than during it.
Demand and cash-flow forecasting
Statistical forecasting — moving averages, trend extraction and seasonality — over your own trading history, producing a range rather than a single figure. We describe it as statistical rather than machine learning because that is what it is; much of what is marketed as "AI" in this field is exactly these methods under a grander name, and being explainable is an advantage when a six-figure purchase order rests on the number.
Advanced analytics
Dashboards and reports built across modules, answering the questions that cross unit boundaries — product margin after landed cost and discounts, or the effect of slow collection on liquidity. Row-level permissions decide who sees what, enforced inside the database.
Inventory optimisation
A reorder point and safety stock calculated per item from its own movement and its supplier's actual lead time — not the agreed one, which is where most stock-outs originate. Output is a purchase suggestion list with reasons, reviewed by a buyer rather than ordered automatically.
CRM connected to the ledger
Customer, opportunity and follow-up in one place, connected to invoicing, credit limits and collection — so a rep sees the customer's financial position while selling. Specialist CRM platforms are stronger at campaign automation and territory management; where that is the primary need we say so and integrate with them instead.
AI prospect discovery
Finding and qualifying candidate companies in a target market with source-cited evidence and scoring that explicitly disqualifies poor fits.
Modules grouped by type of activity
ARGUS — AI safety monitoring
Video analytics that runs on top of the cameras a site already has, and raises the alarm while an incident is happening rather than after it: a person on the ground, a fight, someone climbing a fence, an area entered that should not be, a fire exit blocked, a camera that has stopped sending pictures. Thirty-four cases across seven families, every one of them explaining on screen what it watches for and how it is judged. All analysis runs on a single machine inside the site — no cloud and no internet — and every alarm carries a picture, a clip and a written reason. Read more about ARGUS.
